Thank you so much for shopping with XO Adeline! We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please review our return policy below.

At XO Adeline, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like many small online boutiques, we provide store credit only for eligible returns.

To qualify for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached. Items that arrive with any signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please note that swimwear, accessories, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, and any other signs of wear. We kindly ask that you inspect your items before sending them back.

Eligible returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Returns received after this timeframe may be denied.
